Support that works for your unique brain
Maybe you're an educator who got into this work because you cared, and the system has ground that down to almost nothing.
Maybe you're a student who's smart enough to know exactly what you need to do but you're completely unable to make yourself do it.
Maybe you're a parent who loves your kid fiercely and has no idea how to help them, and is exhausted from trying.
Whatever brought you here, you're probably not looking for a list of tips. You're looking for someone who actually gets it and who can help you move forward.
That's what coaching can do.
What we work on
Your actual life. Your brain, your environment, your situation – neither a textbook nor TikTok version of ADHD or autism.
That might mean strategies for studying, planning or daily structure.
It might mean thinking through a big transition – school to university, education to work, school to home education, a new diagnosis, one life stage to the next.
It might mean finally having space to understand yourself, or your young person, without someone trying to fix what isn't broken.
Who I work with
I specialise in working with the following groups:
Students at university or college,
Adults and young people (age 14+),
Parents of neurodivergent teenagers, and
Educators questioning what comes next.
You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to have everything figured out. If you feel like something isn't working and you want to understand why, you're in the right place.
